Our clients purchased a resale apartment that was a dream location-wise – situated in the very heart of the city, complete with a beautiful terrace and a view of the park. However, its functional layout was the complete opposite of their needs.

This space was intended to serve as a sanctuary during their visits to Poland, while simultaneously functioning as a personal gallery filled with memories and paintings by the owner’s father.

The project proved to be a long and demanding journey. At every stage, technical challenges arose that hindered the implementation of our desired solutions. Yet, after many months of hard work, conversation, and persistence, we achieved our vision. The apartment has undergone a complete metamorphosis. Difficult spaces (such as a very long hallway and a closed-off kitchen) have gained entirely new quality and function. The living area, previously awkward and problematic, has been transformed into a cozy yet elegant lounge overlooking the city.

Every centimeter of the apartment was carefully planned with storage in mind, ensuring that nothing distracts from what matters most: the light, the view, and the omnipresent art that gives this interior its unique, personal character.
