This is the project for my very first home – a dream space that offers plenty of room while also demonstrating that even a home twice this size would fit perfectly within this setting.

Our objective was to create a functional space for a couple who lives and works together while raising a young child. The house had to be modern but with a subtle vintage flair, clearly reflecting that design enthusiasts live here.

Our solution was a glazed home office, which also functions as a guest room. This layout allows the living area to open up visually and brings in additional natural light filtered through the workspace.

The color palette is built on classic tones and textures: white, beige, and oak and walnut wood. The centerpiece that gives the interior its distinct character is a stone kitchen island crafted from green quartz-granite.
